What is the difference between Nurse Practitioner mental health services and Islamic counseling?Mental Health Nurse Practitioner services include comprehensive mental health care, such as medication management and psychiatric evaluations. These services address mental health conditions from a clinical and medical perspective. Islamic counseling, on the other hand, integrates mental health support with Islamic principles and guidance. It focuses on personal and spiritual, well-being and may include resolving religious disputes, providing faith-based guidance, or addressing concerns through an Islamic lens. It is nonclinical.
-
How long will my counseling last? The duration of counseling varies depending on each client’s individual needs. At the beginning of your treatment, we’ll create a personalized plan to outline the number of sessions recommended based on your goals. As we progress, this plan can be reassessed, and we can adjust the number of sessions if your needs or preferences change, ensuring you receive the right level of support.
